By using the GF Repeater plugin or website (gfrepeater.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. GF Repeater is operated by Peter Kurucz, based in Hungary.

1. Description of Service

GF Repeater is a WordPress plugin that adds repeatable field groups to Gravity Forms. It is available in two editions:

  • Free — core features with limited groups and rows
  • Pro — all features, sold via annual license

2. License

The GF Repeater plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You may use, modify, and distribute the plugin in accordance with the GPL.

Pro License

  • Pro licenses are sold as annual subscriptions
  • A Pro license grants access to plugin updates and support for the subscription period
  • License activations are limited to the number of sites specified by your plan
  • Licenses are managed through Freemius

3. Purchases and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by Freemius
  • All prices are listed in USD
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro purchases
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@gfrepeater.com
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

4. Support

  • Free users — community support only (no guaranteed response)
  • Pro users — email support at support@gfrepeater.com

Support covers plugin usage, configuration, and bug reports. We do not provide support for custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or server configuration.

5. Requirements

GF Repeater requires:

  • WordPress 5.8 or later
  • PHP 8.0 or later
  • Gravity Forms (active license and installation)

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Gravity Forms or Rocketgenius, Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute Pro license keys
  • Circumvent license activation or validation
  • Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress or Gravity Forms configuration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Kurucz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Pro license in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the plugin at any time by deactivating and deleting it. We may revoke a Pro license if these Terms are violated. The GPL license to the code itself cannot be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the plugin or website after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
