GF Repeater ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Peter Kurucz, based in Hungary. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our WordPress plugin and website (gfrepeater.com).

What We Collect

Plugin (Free & Pro)

The GF Repeater plugin itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All form data stays in your WordPress installation and is handled entirely by Gravity Forms.

Freemius SDK (Pro only)

The Pro edition includes the Freemius SDK for license activation, updates, and optional usage tracking. When you activate a Pro license, Freemius may collect:

  • Site URL and WordPress version
  • Plugin version and PHP version
  • Admin email address (for license management)
  • License key and activation status

You can opt out of non-essential data sharing during the Freemius opt-in screen. See the Freemius Privacy Policy for full details.

Website (gfrepeater.com)

Our website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. These services collect anonymized data such as:

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referral source
  • General geographic location (country/city level)
  • Browser and device type

This data is processed by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy for details. These scripts are only loaded if you accept analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner. You can also opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or track individual visitors. It collects aggregated, anonymous metrics such as page views, referrers, and browser types. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Freemius. We do not directly handle or store credit card information. Payment data is subject to the Freemius Privacy Policy.

Email

If you contact us via email (support@gfrepeater.com or hello@gfrepeater.com), we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the plugin and license activation
  • To deliver plugin updates
  • To respond to support requests

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Freemius — for license management and payment processing
  • Cloudflare — for website hosting

As a Hungary-based business, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. License and purchase records are retained by Freemius according to their retention policy.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
